About Eaton Metal Products

What started in 1880 as a company serving the agricultural and ranching communities of the Arizona territory, has grown to fulfill the rapidly changing requirements of our customers throughout the country and the world.

Fabrication:

Eaton Metal Products Company uses its (3) large production facilities in Denver, Colorado, Salt Lake City, Utah and Pocatello, Idaho to fabricate our vast steel plate product lines. Each of these facilities offers up-to-date equipment aiding us in meeting the needs of the most demanding customer specifications. Some of this equipment includes:

	Plate roll 6 ½” X 160” wide
	Burning Table 23’ X 200’
	Stress Relieving Furnace 20’ X 20’ X 60’
	Lifting capacity up to 550 tons

We have 83 years of practical experience designing and fabricating the following products.

	Pressure Vessels		Piling
	Towers/Columns		Bulk Storage Silos
	Reactors		Storage Tanks
	Heat Exchangers		Heavy Weldments
	Penstocks		Special Fabrications

We build pressure vessels in our shops up to 20’ in diameter and lengths up to 200', weighing up to 550 tons.

Welding:

Our extensive welding experience includes some of the following materials:

We are fully knowledgeable with ASME, AWS, API and AISC welding, design and fabrication codes.

Engineering:

Our engineering and project management staff is capable of supporting and directing projects of the magnitude and complexity equal to that of our fabrication facilities. All design, analysis, drawing and project management functions for each project are performed by our own staff. We effectively combine many years of plate steel design experience with state-of-the-art design tools and techniques. Our centralized, comprehensive approach to project management ensures continuity of purpose and function in the client/fabricator relationship.
