Audits
Audits are conducted on a regular basis at each location, the intent of the audit is to confirm compliance with safety rules as well as identifying deficiencies.
Training
Every month, each employee is administered training utilizing professional services. The training includes fall protection, as well as confined space & material handling, among many other topics. In addition, each facility conducts tool box safety meetings, focusing on specific topics related to recently conducted audits.
Equipment
Beyond providing the typical PPE for our employees, Eaton Metal Products has invested engineering time & financial resources to design & fabricate special fall protection systems, each unique to our multiple locations.
Drug Free Workplace Policy
Our drug free policy addresses alcohol & illegal substance abuse, with attendant side effects, during work hours, on our premises, as well as those of our customers. We enforce this policy by testing as follows:

- Customer driven
- Return from extended absence
- Post rehabilitation
